If we do not have an authorized International Distributor in your area, we will happily ship directly to you from the US. However, it may take longer and, depending on your country's customs fees, tariffs or additional import duties, it may cost a bit more.

My order is lost/stolen/damaged, how can I submit a claim?

We are only able to accept claims within 16 days from the date of delivery. If your order tracking shows the package as delivered, please contact the appropriate postal service provider prior to submitting a claim form.

At Yo Ring, we stand behind our products and are confident that they will perform as designed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and performance of our products, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of when you receive your purchase. We love all of our customers and make every effort to ensure that you have an amazing experience.

If you do need to make a return, we do want to say thank you for giving Yo Ring a try. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy customers, and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience. That's why we offer hassle-free returns to US customers, which means:

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment

  • You may return your Yo Ring product within the first 14 days after your receipt.

 

Special Conditions

To protect our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear. If you’re unsure on whether you are going to keep the product, please test it on indoor surfaces only

  • Orders outside of the 14 day policy window
